If you look at the different aspects of your life, about what’s really important to you, what do you see? Are you as happy or as satisfied as can be with those areas, or do you feel like you’re stuck in one or more of them and want to be in a better place?

Are there difficult decisions and changes you need to make in your family life, relationships, career, or spiritual path? Do you need to increase your confidence or motivation to do things? Do you desire a more peaceful, stress-free and positive life?

Below are some of the most common areas in which I support my clients.

Anxiety and stress

Symptoms can be overwhelming and sometimes even debilitating, but coaching  therapy can make a difference. Learn to reduce anxiety and/or stress and remove anxiety/stress triggers. Anxiety & stress coaching can benefit you, but is also very beneficial for teens in their sensitive developmental period and when they are dealing with exam anxiety.

Feeling depressed, not being able to get out of bed, feeling like life passes you by, not having any energy... These are very disabling feelings. But by seeking help you can get your life back on track and learn helpful strategies for those times liffe gets harder.

An unhealthy relationship with food does not only have to do with weight, but thoughts, feelings and behaviours – regardless of the number a scale shows, and regardless of physical appearance.

Getting treatment can help you develop healthy, balanced eating patterns. It can also help you face and cope with the underlying issues of your eating problem.

Sleep problems, such as insomnia, are common conditions that can seriously affect your overall health and well-being. Therapy can be an effective treatment option to address sleep problems. Through counseling and behavioral therapy, therapy can help identify and address the underlying causes of sleep problems so that you can develop better sleep habits and get a good night's sleep.

The process of grieving can involve a host of different emotions including sadness, anger, guilt, and regret, and it can be helpful to have a professional there with you through the stages of this process.

Grieving does not only apply to losing a loved one through death, but also to other lossess like a relationship ending, divorce, loss of a job, home, pet or dream.

Grief counseling can help you cope and work through all emotional and physical responses to your loss.

Expat transitions

Psychological problems can manifest in various forms during the expatriate journey. It could result from the stress of uprooting one's life, adapting to a new culture, or dealing with significant life changes. Expat life often involves leaving behind a familiar support system and facing situations that are entirely different from what one is used to. This can trigger emotional and psychological distress.

Transition coaching can help you or your child process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of security in their new environment.
